Chris Kachian leads a world-class guitar studies program at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN. He has performed and taught clinics and master classes in the UK, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Russia, Africa, Cuba, Costa Rica, Japan, China, and throughout North and South America, as recitalist, chamber musician and in concerto soloist. He has appeared with the Heidelberger Kammerorchester, Kammerensemble Cologne and Radio Symphonie Orchester des Hessischen Rundfunks, the Minnesota Orchestra, the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, the Minnesota Opera, the Minneapolis Civic Orchestra, the St. Paul Civic Orchestra, the Kenwood Chamber Orchestra, the Heartland Symphony, the Grand Forks Symphony, at the Lake Tahoe Summer Music Festival and numerous festival orchestras.
Conrad Miska has taught instrumental music to students in grades 5 through college for over 30 years. Currently he is the department chairman at Eagan High School, where he teaches woodwinds and directs numerous jazz ensembles and concert bands. As a fluent performer on flute, clarinet, saxophones, and electric bass guitar, Conrad has shared the stage with Don Menza, Rich Little, Roy Clark, Red Skelton, The Lettermen, Les Brown, Rob McConnell, and numerous others. Locally he has performed with The Twin Cities Jazz Orchestra, Jim Irish Tolk’s Little Big Band, The Acme Jazz Company, Pizzazzjazz, The Stan Bann Big Band, The Cedar Avenue Big Band, Free & Easy Band, The Shaun Johnson Big Band Experience, and others.

Paula Lammers has spent the past 25 years in the Twin Cities area as an active member of the teaching and performing community. In addition to being an adjunct professor at Concordia University, Lammers has taught voice lessons to high school students in District 196 schools and maintains a private voice studio.

Paula is currently the lead singer for the Phil Mattson Singers, a jazz vocal sextet. She sang on the Minnesota Zephyr for seven years, and has fronted several big bands, including Cloud Nine and the River City Jazz Orchestra. Her professional classical performing includes work with the Minnesota Opera, the Minnesota Chorale, and the Bach Society. She has produced two jazz CD’s: A Blanket of Blue (2005) and Deep Purple Dreams (2010).
